American Traveler is hiring a Telemetry RN with recent acute care experience and active CA RN license for a critical night shift assignment.

Details

• Position based in a hospital telemetry unit
• Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts
• 13-week assignment duration
• Patient care utilizes telemetry monitoring and arrhythmia interpretation
• Epic EMR system used

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum 1 year of recent (within 3 years) full-time equivalent telemetry experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course is required
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field
• Licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration; pending are not accepted

Additional Information

• Must provide last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth for employment eligibility verification
• Local candidates considered at the same rate as travelers
• Orientation and assignment subject to tenured worker policy, limiting assignment duration
• Requires working as part of a multidisciplinary care team in a fast-paced environment
