American Traveler is hiring an experienced PACU RN with current MA licensure, academic medical center, and travel PACU experience for a day/night rotating position.

Details

• Work in a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) within a hospital setting
• Day/night rotating schedule with up to 2 weekend shifts per month
• 36-hour work week over a 13-week assignment
• Patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures
• Uses EPIC charting system

Requirements

• Active and unencumbered MA RN license required; no conditional or pending licenses accepted
• Minimum 3 years RN experience required
• At least 1 year of prior travel PACU experience required
• At least 1 year of experience in an academic medical center required
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
• Flu vaccination required with no religious or medical exemptions permitted

Additional Information

• Must be able to float within the assigned nursing cluster if needed
• Parking is not validated and public parking options are available for a daily fee
• Local candidates must have a permanent residence at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify for standard pay rate
• Timekeeping is managed via UKG/Kronos
• Two professional references required for consideration
