Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Medical Telemetry position requiring at least one year of recent specialty experience and an active AR or compact license.

Details

• Work in a hospital setting on the Medical Telemetry/EDU unit
• Patient population includes adults requiring telemetry monitoring
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Assignment duration is 13 weeks
• Blocked scheduling may be permitted based on facility need
• Up to 5 days of requested time off is allowed and must be made up during the assignment

Requirements

• Active AR or compact RN license at time of consideration
• At least 1 year of recent experience in Medical Telemetry or related specialty
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment unless documentation of renewal is provided
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number is required
• No employment gaps greater than 90 days in the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Care for a diverse medical telemetry patient population on a structured night shift team
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility may be eligible under different terms
• Subcontractor staff within 50 miles may work a maximum of 3 consecutive contracts at the facility before a required 1-year break or transfer to a facility outside the radius
