American Traveler is seeking an RN for an Ambulatory Care position requiring a CA RN license and at least two years of recent experience.

Details

• Position is in an ambulatory care setting
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Patient care focused on outpatient populations

Requirements

• Current and active CA RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent relevant RN experience in ambulatory or similar care
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• Returning travelers or employees must have been separated from the facility for at least one year

• Manages patient and family care plans to achieve optimal health outcomes
• Coordinates healthcare team activities to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective care
• Delivers collaborative, evidence-based care in line with national standards
• Promotes a positive relationship with patients, families, and the community
• Must have effective English communication skills and knowledge of patient teaching principles
• Only one holiday request for time off will be approved during the assignment
• Must be able to complete lab work within 3-5 days of signing the ACA
