American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a night shift critical care assignment in California requiring an active CA RN license and recent ICU experience.

Details

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Uses Epic EMR system

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time ICU experience within the past 3 years
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Scale Certificate preferred
• CCRN certification preferred
• Experience with dialysis or SLED preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
• Last four digits of SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Local candidates will be considered at the same rate as travel candidates
• Assignment may not exceed two years within the health system without a 90-day break
• Assignment requires active licensure and certifications; pending status not accepted
• Team-based ICU environment with critical and complex patient care responsibilities
