American Traveler is seeking an experienced CVOR RN with at least one year of recent specialty experience and a valid NH or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) unit in a hospital setting
• Shift is 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM with call requirements
• 13-week contract assignment
• Direct care of cardiovascular surgical patients

Requirements

• Active NH or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent CVOR RN experience
• American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS and ACLS certification required, with no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the contract
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Candidate must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility location
• U.S. Social Security Number required for consideration; Canadian SSN not accepted
• Date of Birth required for consideration
• At least one professional reference required

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include providing perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery
• Dress code and scrub information will be provided by the facility prior to assignment start
• This position does not accept local candidates due to the 50-mile radius rule
