American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with a current CA license and two years of recent clinical OR experience for a day shift travel assignment.

Details

• Position is in the Operating Room (OR) of a hospital
• Day shift schedule from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM with required call
• 13-week travel contract
• Patient population includes perioperative surgical cases

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications from AHA or ASHI required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Must provide valid US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
• References as per state requirement: one professional reference needed for California

Additional Information

• Primary duties include circulating and scrubbing for various surgical procedures
• Participation in on-call coverage is required as scheduled
• 50-mile radius rule applies; no local candidates accepted
• Scrub dress code must be followed according to hospital policy
