Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Home Health RN with a current CA license and proficiency in HCHB and Oasis for a day shift assignment.

Details

Home health field staff role serving Merced County and surrounding areas within a 50-mile radius
Caseload averages 5-7 geriatric patients per day
Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
No on-call responsibility
Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate between patient homes
EMR system is HCHB with required prior experience

Requirements

Active CA RN license in hand
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
Oasis documentation experience required
HCHB EMR experience required
First-time travelers are not accepted

Additional Information

Provide nursing care and conduct patient assessments in home settings
Care primarily for geriatric patients
Weekend requirements may be discussed during the interview process
Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate
