American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Stepdown Unit position with day shifts and an active AR or compact license required.

Details

• Position is within a hospital Stepdown Unit
• Day shifts from 07:00 to 19:00
• Patient population includes high-acuity stepdown cases
• Blocked scheduling may be allowed based on facility needs

Requirements

• Active AR or compact RN license at time of consideration
• No expiring certifications within the first 30 days of assignment, unless a renewal is scheduled
• Minimum 1 year of recent stepdown experience required
• At least 2 years of overall nursing experience preferred
• No employment gaps greater than 90 days within the past 12 months
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number is required

Additional Information

• Up to 5 days of requested time off is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Local candidates living within 50 miles may receive a different contract rate
• Local staff may complete up to three consecutive 13-week contracts before a mandatory 1-year break or reassignment
• Full compliance files must be complete two weeks prior to start
• Candidates should not submit to more than one position at the same facility concurrently
