Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med/Surg position caring for adult and geriatric patients, requiring valid MO or compact licensure and ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications.

Details

• Position is in a hospital Med/Surg unit
• Adult and geriatric patient population
• Night shifts (3x12 hours, 19:00-07:00)
• Floating to other units is required
• Requires working assigned weekends and at least 50% of holidays on contract
• EMR used is Cerner; experience preferred but not required
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Active MO or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience and at least 1 year in Med/Surg
• Ability to work the duration and hours of the assigned shift

Additional Information

• Duties include providing care to adult and geriatric patients on the Med/Surg unit
• Must be willing to float to other units as needed
• First time travelers will be considered
• RTO must be reported during the submission process for approval
• Locals within a 75-mile radius are accepted at a reduced rate
