Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU position requiring a WI or compact license, advanced certifications, and strong CRRT skills.

Details

• Position is in the ICU unit of a hospital setting
• Work schedule includes 12-hour day and night shifts with variable assignments
• Scheduling requires flexibility between 7:00-19:00 and 19:00-7:00 shifts, with schedule set 4 weeks at a time
• Potential to float to the IMCU (stepdown) unit as staffing needs arise

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience required
• Strong CRRT skills are mandatory
• Must provide two professional supervisor references within the past year, including one from the most recent assignment

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include managing critically ill patients and supporting the ICU team
• Team structure may require floating to adjacent intermediate care units as needed
• Schedule transitions between days and nights will not occur within the same week
• First time travelers will be considered
• Applicants must be able to accommodate variable scheduling needs and flexible assignments
