Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) night shift position in Ohio, requiring an OH or compact RN license and strong PCU/med-surg experience.

Details

• Work in a PCU within a hospital environment
• Patient population is primarily progressive care, but may include med-surg as needed
• Estimated nurse to patient ratio is 1:4
• Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Rotating weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Floating to other units within the hospital system is required
• Uses EPIC electronic medical record system

Requirements

• Active OH or compact RN license required
• Current BCLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU or med-surg RN experience required
• EPIC EMR experience required

Additional Information

• Responsible for providing patient care in a progressive care environment with rotating holiday coverage
• Must be able to float to units as needed within the hospital system
