American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Home Health position serving acute and chronically ill patients with a valid NC or compact RN license.

Details

• Position is based in a home health setting servicing patients in the community
• Primarily cares for acute and chronically ill patients
• Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Full-time 13-week contract assignment

Requirements

• Active NC or compact RN license required
• Minimum one year of nursing experience caring for acute and chronically ill patients
• Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN from an accredited nursing school required

• Responsibilities include assessing, planning, coordinating, and implementing patient care based on individualized needs
• Role involves patient assessment, patient and family education, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Participation in professional development and quality improvement initiatives is expected
• Must complete background check and drug screening within specified timelines
