American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Newborn Nursery position requiring a current MS or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

Details

• Work in a hospital-based Newborn Nursery unit
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Patient population consists of newborns

Requirements

• Active MS or compact RN license required and must be in hand
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the Newborn Nursery specialty is required
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
• Must not have any work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Former permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible

Additional Information

• Provide specialized nursing care for newborns in the nursery setting
• Previous travel nurse experience is accepted
• Compliance with standard hospital policies and procedures is required
