American Traveler is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (RN) with an active CA RN license and Epic EMR experience for a full-time travel position in California.

Details

• Position is based in a hospital setting in San Jose, CA
• Day shifts, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Full-time schedule at 40 hours per week
• Utilizes Epic EMR system

Requirements

• Active CA RN license is required at the time of consideration
• Licenses and certifications must be current and active; pending credentials are not accepted
• Experience with Epic EMR is required
• Last four digits of SSN and date of birth must be provided for consideration

Additional Information

• All candidates, local or travel, are paid at the same rate
• Complies with employer tenure policy limiting assignments to a maximum of two years within a healthcare system before a required 90-day break
• Responsibilities include coordinating patient care activities and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
