American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Med/Surg days position caring for pulmonary and medical overflow patients with an IN or compact license and AHA BLS certification.

Details

• Work on the Medical Surgical 6 South unit in a hospital setting
• Care for pulmonary and medical overflow patients
• 22-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:4-5
• Day shift, 06:45 to 19:15
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Active IN or compact RN license required
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Nursys license verification with primary source verification within 30 days prior to assignment start
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include caring for patients with pulmonary and general medical conditions
• All candidates are subject to a radius rule which may affect pay rates for local candidates
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required as of July 1, 2023
• Only one position submission allowed across all Ascension locations at a time
