Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Infusion RN with active CA RN license, BLS, and ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Provider certification for a busy outpatient setting.

Details

• Work in an outpatient Infusion Center
• Day shift schedule with four 10-hour shifts from 8:00 to 18:30
• Required to work 4-8 weekend shifts per schedule month and holidays as needed
• Patient population includes oncology and non-oncology cases requiring infusion therapies
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of assignment acceptance

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Provider certificate required
• Minimum 2 years of Infusion RN experience required
• Must not have worked as staff within the last year for this facility
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility

Additional Information

• Responsible for all aspects of nursing care including assessment, education, and coordination in a high-volume infusion center
• Involves administration of both oncology and non-oncology infusion treatments
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team for optimal patient experience
• Must adhere to hospital policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations
• Only one holiday requested off will be approved
