American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Night Shift Emergency Department position requiring recent ER experience and active NJ or Compact RN licensure.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• Care for both adult and pediatric patients
• Patient ratio is 1:4
• Epic EMR is used
• Night shifts: 3x12 hours (19:00-07:00)
• Required to work every other weekend and every other holiday
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating required within skillset to up to 7 hospital locations as needed (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, OLOL, Camden Satellite, Berlin Satellite)

Requirements

• Active NJ or Compact RN license in hand (pending licenses are not accepted)
• Minimum of 3 years of emergency department experience with at least 2 years in specialty within the last 12 months
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required at the time of consideration and cannot expire within 30 days of assignment start
• Adult and pediatric ER experience required
• Ability to pass required Dysrhythmia Test on a PC during orientation, with only two attempts permitted
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required with no exemptions

Additional Information

• Must be submitted individually, travel pairs are not accepted
• Block scheduling is not allowed
• RTO must be provided at the time of consideration, no RTO approved within the first week of assignment
• First time travelers can be considered but are not preferred
• Clinicians living within 50 miles of the facility are accepted at a lower rate
• Travelers are required to be fit tested and must be clean shaven prior to working on the unit
• Modules must be completed during orientation and are recorded via transcripts
