Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with at least 2 years of circulating experience and a current OK or compact license.

Details

• Hospital-based Operating Room setting
• Day shift schedule from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, five days per week
• Late shift rotation until 7:00 pm, 1-2 times per week
• Call coverage currently handled but may be required
• Assignments last 13 weeks
• Meditech used for charting, with experience strongly preferred

Requirements

• Active OK or compact state RN license required in hand
• Minimum 2 years of recent circulating experience in the OR
• Current BLS and other required certifications
• Previous travel experience required; no first-time travelers considered
• Copy of driver’s license and Social Security number required for consideration

Additional Information

• Holiday time off is generally not approved except for specified circumstances
• Online orientation modules required during onboarding, averaging 8 hours in total
• Two professional references are needed for consideration
• Travel pairs are accepted for this assignment
