American Traveler is seeking a California-licensed RN with strong med-surg and telemetry experience for a night shift position in a hospital medical-surgical unit.

• Work in a hospital medical-surgical/telemetry unit
• Night shift position with 3x12 hour shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am
• Patient population includes general medical-surgical and telemetry cases
• Preferred experience with Epic charting system

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required at the time of application
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or American Red Cross required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in hospital med-surg and telemetry units
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Candidates must be able to attend lab work within 3-5 days of accepting an offer
• Only one holiday requested time off will be approved
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
• Former staff must have a break of one year before returning as a traveler
• Two professional references from the past year are required
