Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an outpatient clinic position caring for high risk cancer patients, requiring an active WA or compact RN license and Epic experience.

Details

• Work in an outpatient clinic with a focus on surgical practice for breast cancer and high-risk cancer patients
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• No holiday or weekend shifts required
• Travelers may be required to float to other facilities within the state as needed
• Utilizes Epic EMR system; proficiency is required
• Triage and telemetry skills are integral to daily duties

Requirements

• Active WA or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in comparable outpatient or clinic setting
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
• Experience with triage and telemetry
• Former permanent employees of Providence-affiliated facilities must have at least a 3-month separation before applying as a traveler

Additional Information

• Primary responsibilities include providing care and triage for high risk and genetically predisposed breast cancer patients
• RNs are expected to float to other facilities as needed throughout the assignment
• Minimal to no requested time off will be approved; all RTO must be submitted at the time of application
• Candidates must provide two supervisory references covering one year within the last three years
• Assignment does not require work during holidays or weekends
