Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN with at least 3 years of critical care experience and recent Epic EMR proficiency for a 12-hour night shift assignment.

Details

• Work in the ICU within a hospital critical care setting
• 12-hour night shifts with every weekend required
• May be required to float to other units as needed
• Patient care documented using Epic EMR
• Assignment duration is 6 weeks

Requirements

• Active VT or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 3 years ICU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years is nonnegotiable
• Personal or rental vehicle is required as public transportation is not available

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include providing comprehensive care to critically ill adult patients
• Must be able to cover shifts Monday through Sunday with no block scheduling
• Reliable vehicle with all season or snow tires is recommended November through April
• Applicants must explain all employment gaps longer than 90 days
• Holiday coverage may be required as part of the assignment
