American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric Acute Care inpatient position requiring PALS certification and a compact or MD RN license.

Details

• Pediatric Acute Care Unit in a hospital setting
• Inpatient acute care for pediatric patients
• 48 hours per week with rotating shifts from 07:00-19:30
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
• 13-week contract assignment

Requirements

• Active MD or compact RN license required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
• Nursys license verification within 30 days prior to start
• Primary source license verification required within 30 days prior to assignment
• Two years of pediatric acute care experience preferred
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a valid US home address
• Copy of driver's license required
• Submission of two professional references required

Additional Information

• Position involves direct inpatient care for pediatric patients in an acute care setting
• Weekend and holiday shift rotation is mandatory
• Radius rules apply for local candidates and may affect pay rate

• Travelers are encouraged to discuss contract extensions with managers at least 45 days before assignment end
