American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric Emergency Department night shift position requiring both KS and MO or Compact RN licenses and AHA BLS/ACLS certifications.

Details

• Position is in a Pediatric Emergency Department setting
• Night shift schedule of 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30
• Floating required between two facilities in Kansas City, MO and Overland Park, KS, approximately 12 miles apart
• Uses Cerner for electronic charting
• Local candidates are accepted with no radius restrictions
• Smoke-free work environment

Requirements

• Active RN license for both KS and MO or Compact, with documentation of KS license application if not yet in hand
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS and ACLS certifications required; RQI certifications not accepted
• Minimum of 2 years recent Pediatric Emergency Department experience
• Must pass a medication/dosage test with a score of 100% within the first week, up to three attempts allowed
