American Traveler is hiring a PACU RN for a 40-hour rotating position requiring an active MA RN license and AHA certifications.

Details

• Work in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) of a hospital setting
• Work schedule consists of two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts weekly, for a total of 40 hours
• Shifts include a rotation of days and evenings, as well as up to three night call shifts per six-week period
• Uses Epic for charting and documentation

Requirements

• Active RN license in Massachusetts required at the time of consideration; MA conditional licenses are not accepted
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS, all through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Proof of MA RN licensure must be provided at submission
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations are required without exceptions

Additional Information

• Primary responsibilities include providing post-anesthesia recovery care for surgical patients
• Must complete RTO at the time of initial consideration
• Local candidates must live at least 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, with local rate reductions applied
