Description

American Traveler is seeking an LPN with long-term care and travel experience for a 13-week day shift assignment in a skilled nursing setting, BLS required.

Details

• Work in a long-term care (LTC) nursing home
• Day shifts available in either 3x12 or 4x12 hour schedules, 7:00 to 19:00
• Some weekends and holidays required as needed
• Uses Cerner EMR for charting

Requirements

• Current LPN license required if applicable; proof of licensing or active process must be provided
• Minimum 1 year of LTC experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license and updated Nursys verification required to determine eligibility and pay rates

Additional Information

• Responsible for delivering patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Pre-start online module completion required via HealthStream, up to 8 hours
• Minimal RTO accepted, especially around holidays
• Candidates residing less than 30 miles from the facility are not eligible
• Locals within 31-50 miles will be considered at a reduced pay rate
• Holiday coverage may be required based on staffing needs
