American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN or LPN for an office-based triage/call center role supporting a busy family practice with telephone triage and Epic charting.

Details

• Work in a family practice clinic setting supporting multiple providers
• Serve a diverse patient population ranging from newborns to geriatrics
• Position involves significant telephone triage and patient call management
• Shift is Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Use of Epic EMR for triage templates, inbasket management, and patient portal communication
• Respond to medical emergencies within the practice as needed

Requirements

• Active NH or Compact RN or LPN license required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an office or triage setting
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
• Experience with Epic or other EHR systems is preferred
• Completion of NH criminal background check and NH BEAS record check required
• Respirator FIT test required, with strong preference for completion prior to start
• Proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination and seasonal flu vaccine required; no exemptions permitted

• Role includes conducting patient assessments by phone, care planning, patient and family education, and collaboration with PCPs
• Support medical assistants by addressing clinical questions and concerns
