Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN Infection Control professional with active BLS certification and weekend availability for a clinical operations assignment.

Details

• Work in a clinical operations setting focused on infectious control
• AM daytime schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM shifts
• 40 hours per week with every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating may be required as needed within skillset

Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Covid-19 and Flu vaccinations required; medical or religious exceptions are accepted
• Prior travel nursing experience is preferred

Additional Information

• Responsible for infection control practices within the clinical operations department
• Must complete CMS Medicare Parts C and D Fraud, Waste & Abuse Training and General Compliance Training within 90 days of initial hiring and annually thereafter
• Returning travelers may only work 780 hours in the past 12 months and are required to take a 12-month break after two assignments before returning
• Candidates who have previously worked at related facilities may require additional approval for eligibility
