American Traveler is seeking an experienced LPN for a Med Surg/Tele position with night shifts, requiring at least 2 years of recent experience and a valid KY or compact LPN license.

Details

Assignment is in a Med Surg/Telemetry unit providing care to adult patients
Patient ratios are 1:5 to 1:6
Uses Meditech EMR
Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30
Bi-weekly orientation sessions are provided
Schedule rotates 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next

Requirements

Current LPN license for Kentucky or a compact state; license required if applicable
Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg/Tele experience
Current BLS certification (AHA only)
Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
Copy of driver’s license required for consideration

Additional Information

Must provide two professional references
Travel pairs are not allowed for this assignment
