American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring BLS, NRP, and AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications.

Details

• Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of a hospital
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
• 13-week assignment
• Direct care of laboring mothers and newborns

Requirements

• Active RN license required and must be verifiable via NURSYS; California applicants must provide a hard copy of their license
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• NRP certification for Birth Center RNs required
• AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring certification required
• Verification of licenses and certifications must be dated within 30 days of start

Additional Information

• Adherence to the agency's dress and appearance policies is required, which prohibits jeans, halter-tops, shorts, sleeveless shirts, or facial earrings
• Agency personnel are permitted to properly record work and break times in accordance with applicable laws
• No payment is provided for sick days or call-offs, but make-up shifts may be requested
• COVID vaccination card required for consideration
• References and recent licensure verification must be provided
