- Up to 14 days of requested time off (RTO) may be approved if submitted with the initial application, and no RTO will be approved after offer
- Assignment may be canceled with 2 weeks' notice or lose up to 2 shifts due to low census within a 13-week contract
- All schedule requests and RTO must be included at the time of application
