American Traveler is seeking a CVOR RN with at least 18 months of recent permanent CVOR experience and the ability to scrub for a day shift position.

Details

• Work in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) within a hospital operating room setting
• Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule (07:00 - 17:30)
• Expected to work at least every other major holiday
• Specializes in open heart and vascular procedures

Requirements

• Active OH or compact RN license required at the time of consideration
• Minimum 18 months of permanent CVOR RN experience prior to travel
• Must have experience with open heart and vascular cases
• Must be able to scrub
• Current BLS certification required
• One recent reference from a supervisor in CVOR required
• COVID-19 and flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Acceptable performance on ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate required during orientation

Additional Information

• Responsible for scrubbing and circulating in cardiovascular surgical procedures as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Holiday rotations required for major holidays
• Will complete orientation assessments upon start date
• First-time travelers with required experience are welcome to apply
• RTO requests must be discussed during interview
• Perm employees cannot return within 1 year of previous end date
