Job Details
- Hospital-based position in neurointerventional and interventional radiology
- Procedures include paracentesis, biopsy, thoracentesis, fine needle aspiration, bone marrow biopsy, and neuro arterial head/neck interventions
- Shift is 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
- Weekend shifts may be required as needed
- On-call coverage required during evenings and nights
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of vascular interventional technologist experience required
- Proficiency in neurointerventional and interventional radiology modalities
- Ability to independently perform paracentesis, biopsy, thoracentesis, fine needle aspiration, bone marrow biopsy, and neuro arterial head/neck procedures
- COVID-19 vaccination required
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Candidates must have been separated from the facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
- Applicants whose permanent address is within 75 miles are considered local
- Must provide two professional references
- Completion of credentialing requirements is due one week before assignment start date
