Find out how to Qualify and Start Earning Higher Pay and Benefits Now

If you’re a registered nurse, you will be happy to note the following: if your primary state of residence is included in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC), high paying job opportunities are on the rise!
You’ll see what we’re talking about when search for job opportunities in the Compact States; filtering for states currently classified as NLC. As a travel nurse, opportunities beckon in multiple places, so why not know everything there is to know about multi-state licensure?

What is the Nurse Licensure Compact?

The NLC allows a nurse to have one license (in his or her state of residency) and to practice, both physically and digitally (telenursing), across state lines in any other compact nursing state, subject to each state’s practice laws and regulations. This is great news for registered nurses, who will now find it much easier to qualify for travel nurse jobs that are posted throughout the country in compact nursing states.
We'd love to answer any questions you have about multi-state nursing licensure - or about anything else pertaining to your travel nurse career! You can talk to one of our expert recruiters or fill out a profile online to get started.
