After more than two decades of hospital nursing and ER management, Deborah Bacurin, RN has taken her career to new heights as Clinical Resource Manager for American Traveler. She advises senior management on clinical policies and issues and is relied upon for interpreting the staffing directives of the Joint Commission and Hospital Associations.
 

Deborah’s years of experience as both a staff and travel RN, complimented by a superb set of organizational and time management skills, has made the seasoned nurse practitioner an invaluable resource to American Traveler and the health care staffing profession. She serves as Lead Clinical Coordinator and Clinical Liaison for the company and is directly responsible for American Traveler’s Documentation Department.

Cathy Trumbull, RN, chose a Clinical Coordinator position with American Traveler to transition from the frontline demands of pushing isolettes and dashing to high risk deliveries.

After almost two decades of NICU nursing and pediatric triage, Cathy found that her experience as an RN could be utilized in the health care staffing universe to ensure a high level of nursing for both patients and hospitals. As a staunch advocate for quality patient care, Cathy now applies her thorough knowledge of nurse work environments and RN demands to assess nurse qualifications and to support, guide and development the talents of nurse candidates wishing to pursue a career in travel nursing.
