Are you an experienced, motivated Registered Nurse, seeking to enhance your career and apply your clinical, managerial and people skills in a corporate setting? American Traveler is seeking a Clinical Coordinator RN for our Boca Raton headquarters. The Clinical Coordinator is our primary representative to our hospital clients. The Clinical Coordinator serves in a sales, supervisory and clinical role within the organization.

The Clinical Coordinator works with American Traveler's recruiting specialists to place traveling nurses in hospitals and healthcare facilities nationwide. You'll become the in-house expert on each of your client facilities, learning about their business requirements, maintaining frequent contact and ensuring customer satisfaction -- via telephone, email and in-person meetings. You'll work with our recruiters and documentation specialists to review and sign off on all RN candidates' experience, skills, credentials, licensure and references.

You may perform pre-qualifying interviews of RN candidates to make sure that they are a good fit for your clients and to provide your professional evaluation of their clinical skills. You'll present travel nurse candidates to your facilities and will encourage your clients to interview and select them. You'll be expected to achieve monthly territory and team sales and renewal goals, resulting in an increase in total business for American Traveler.

As the liaison between the hospital client and the recruiting staff, you'll work closely with your hospital contacts to manage and monitor performance of our working travelers. You'll be part of evaluating travelers' overall performance and determining their eligibility for further assignments. You may serve as a clinical resource for a traveler on assignment, in an advisory capacity or by providing performance feedback. You'll participate in audits or reviews conducted by client facilities and governing agencies such as The Joint Commission.

As a trained healthcare professional, the Clinical Coordinator is an essential and trusted resource within the organization. You'll participate in training and orientation for our corporate staff. You serve as an advocate for your hospital clients and diplomatically communicate the requirements and priorities of the healthcare employer, ensuring that American Traveler's non-medical personnel can take action and learn from your feedback.

You represent American Traveler's company values and culture at all times, and always act with the organization's long-term goals and reputation in mind.

We look forward to having you join our team and becoming part of the dynamic healthcare staffing field!
