We are seeking a degreed accountant for a Sr. Staff Accountant position, who will be responsible for overseeing key functions of our accounting department. The Sr. Staff Accountant position plays a key role within the company and is involved in virtually all aspects of accounting department functions. These include participating in the following areas: financial statement production, financial analysis, budget and forecasting, all general accounting functions, working with payroll/billing, A/R and A/P as well as all benefit support functions. This position has long-term upward mobility potential.

The Sr. Staff Accountant will work in a fast paced environment which requires a person who is at ease in a multitasking environment. The following experience is required:

  • Expertise with ADP payroll
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications with advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Expertise with enterprise accounting software (Great Plains a plus)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • 4 yr Accounting Degree. CPA is desired
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar position is required
