Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position in the greater New Orleans area, requiring diagnostic and interventional cath lab skills, Epic proficiency, and on-call availability.

Details

• Hospital-based Cath Lab unit
• Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization cases
• Day shift schedule: 5x8s, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Minimum 10 call days per month, including 2 weekends
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active LA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current AHA certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience required
• Proficiency in both diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab procedures required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must reside 65+ miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
