Job Description:

The Quality Management Registered Nurse will plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to the Quality initiatives of the facility. This assist facilities in promoting performance improvement activities through implementation of plans that identify goals, activities educational opportunities and outcomes to be achieved. The Quality Management R.N. primary duties include -- working with clinical leaders, staff and physicians to assure care is delivered to patients according to evidence based practices as they relate to the Quality Initiatives of the facility, as well as analyzing the processes and procedures used in treatment. The ideal travel nursing Quality Management RN will have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The majority of quality management R.N.s works in hospital environments.
