The Client Services Department is staffed with Representatives that are available to our Travelers at any given moment of the day. If your Consultant is on another line and temporarily unable to take your call, your Client Services Representative is at your disposal to assist! We offer this service as our commitment to provide immediate follow up and service to our Number One Priority: our Clients' complete and total satisfaction. Travelers find having one person to answer multiple departmental questions, often saves them time. And creates the peace of mind, that their company is working for them!

Your Client Services Representative is also there to assist you with obtaining your State Nursing Licensure, following up with the State Boards of Nursing or tracking down important assignment details. Our "Rapid Response Time" guarantees that your phone calls are promptly returned and resolved to your complete satisfaction.
