Human Resource Assistant job responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent client service while working on two-member team supporting the efforts of a Senior Recruiter
  • Assist Senior Recruiter with administration and onboarding of healthcare candidates
  • Assist with licensure, credentialing documentation, provide full client service support functions
  • Expert communicator who makes outbound calls to candidates under the direction of the Senior Recruiter
  • Search the database for qualified candidates for new posted positions
  • Possesses a positive attitude, is friendly, outgoing and goal-oriented

  • Self-motivated, able to balance multiple priorities and work independently and as a team member
  • One to two years experience or new graduate with strong human resource, recruitment, or business credentials
  • Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed
  • Must be able to relate to other people and maintain good relationships with clients and coworkers
  • College Degree, business, human resources, or healthcare administration preferred
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills and quick to learn new systems
  • Competitive, willingness to think outside the box, creativity
