Human Resource Assistant job responsibilities:
Provide excellent client service while working on two-member team supporting the efforts of a Senior Recruiter
Assist Senior Recruiter with administration and onboarding of healthcare candidates
Assist with licensure, credentialing documentation, provide full client service support functions
Expert communicator who makes outbound calls to candidates under the direction of the Senior Recruiter
Search the database for qualified candidates for new posted positions
Possesses a positive attitude, is friendly, outgoing and goal-oriented
Job Skills / Requirements:
Self-motivated, able to balance multiple priorities and work independently and as a team member
One to two years experience or new graduate with strong human resource, recruitment, or business credentials
Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed
Must be able to relate to other people and maintain good relationships with clients and coworkers
College Degree, business, human resources, or healthcare administration preferred
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills and quick to learn new systems
