| Job Description/Responsibilities: |
The VP of Healthcare Staffing and Business Development is a member of the executive management team and is responsible for the sales and marketing efforts to strategic healthcare clients and prospects. He/she will work closely with the CEO, Managing Directors, and Vice President of Recruitment in designing, hiring and implementing a strategic marketing plan for increasing sales and generating specific targeted revenue growth in our niche healthcare market places. |

| Job Skills / Requirements: |
- At least 7 years of demonstrated success and increasing responsibility in sales and marketing with a healthcare services or information systems organization
- A creative and dynamic professional capable of translating sales and marketing goals into meaningful additional revenues
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to utilize key management data tools within the proprietary IT backbone of the organization
- A great deal of market knowledge with the ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the company as it grows.
- Proven interpersonal, negotiation and organizational abilities
- Ability to articulate a concept and sell an intangible
- Results orientation: This executive will rigorously hold himself/herself and others accountable for achieving high levels of individual and organizational performance, while possessing a “roll-up the sleeves” attitude toward getting things done in an entrepreneurial environment
- The candidate should ensure the highest level of client service to healthcare clients

- The individual chosen for this highly critical role will have excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills; also will be an extremely persuasive and a skillful negotiator. Willing to travel as needed to secure and develop key business initiatives
- Charismatic leader able to conduct corporate motivational quarterly presentations as well as deliver persuasive client presentations with high rate of close ratios
- "Roll up their sleeves" type of individual to do whatever it takes to get the job done
- Strong written and verbal skills; keeps channels of communication open for a continuing and effective exchange of information; possesses equally strong listening skills, objectively considers others’ ideas and opinions
- Expert proficiencies on all Microsoft Office products
