We are seeking a degreed accountant who will be responsible for learning all aspects of the accounting department. Experience with ADP payroll is required and CPA is preferred. The Accounting Manager must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

The Accounting Manager will be involved in all aspects of our accounting department, including payroll and billing, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, financial statement production, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other general accounting functions.

  • Four-year Accounting degree
  • CPA preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Great Plains or other enterprise accounting software and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Experience with ADP in a multi-state environment
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications with advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain good relationships with vendors, clients, and co-workers
